Korean Heritage is a quarterly published by the Cultural Heritage Administration of the Republic of Korea, a national agency in charge of conservation and management of Koreas cultural assets.
The magazine, first issued in summer 2008, deals with a variety of Koreas heritage, which ranges from tangible and intangible cultural properties, modern monuments as well as the countrys internationally recognized historic sites including UNESCO World Heritage.
It features some special sections such as Foreigners View, contributed by non-Koreans who study Korean studies or long-time residents in the country, and Photo Gallery with images of the countrys scenic spots and historic areas.
It is distributed to Seoul-based embassies, cultural centers, Korean language institutes, tourist information centers, and foreign universities and institutes where courses for Korean studies are established, along with museums and international organizations outside the country.
